1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- The product is damaged or defective on arrival
- You received a wrong product
Simply message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a photo of the product within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (food, beverages, fresh items)
- Opened or used personal care products
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
3. How To Request A Return
Requesting a return is simple:

Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund Timeline: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet).
- COD Orders: For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID.
You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp once your refund has been processed.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product or variant, simply return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged Or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo
- We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
- No return pickup needed for damaged items under ₹500

7. Shipping Costs For Returns
- Damaged / Wrong Items: Free return pickup. We cover all costs.
- Change of Mind: A flat return shipping fee of ₹50-₹100 may apply depending on your location.
